These terms govern your use of the promptyflow.com website. By using the site, you agree to them. The PromptyFlow application itself is in closed alpha and will have its own terms when it launches.

The website

This site describes PromptyFlow, an AI-assisted application for writing long fiction, and lets you join a waitlist for access. The information on the site is provided for general interest and may change as the product evolves.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create an obligation on either side: it does not guarantee access to the alpha or any future version, and it does not commit you to becoming a user. Timing and scope of access are at our discretion and may change.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, and imagery — belongs to PromptyFlow and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation.

No warranties

The site and the waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptyFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
